		<description>I recently started noticing that. It&#039;s a great way to encourage comments and build up networking relationships. Unfortunately, my blog is on wordpress.com, not wordpress.org and they don&#039;t allow plugins. Hopefully they will integrate it into their system as well. With internet marketing branching out more and more into social media, this plugin is a perfect fit.
