		<description>I recently started noticing that. It's a great way to encourage comments and build up networking relationships. Unfortunately, my blog is on wordpress.com, not wordpress.org and they don't allow plugins. Hopefully they will integrate it into their system as well. With internet marketing branching out more and more into social media, this plugin is a perfect fit.
